Necromancy was designed to enable dead players to share their information they had before their death. If people start to use dead players as a roleclaim target, Rule 13 will come into effect and a rule-balancing change will be done.

Well, I agree that this godisnowonline-stuff is extremely strong, but I am not sure if a rule change will negate the major impact it did already.

I am very sure mass roleclaims already happened a lot.

To be fair it's very hard for Gino to collate all the info and establish the civy pad in one day (since by right when you die again you shouldn't post anymore, right?). Though I would say that this is no "minor overlook"...

Minor or major, overlooks do happen. But if it isn't directly in the rules, it's not going to be really followed Sub. Either explicitly post it, or a mass roleclaim will occur.
