I'm glad to see so much interest. I will be adding more roles within a few days.

Lance - The champion of the Pokemon world. Lance has defeated all eight of the Gym Leaders and conquered the Elite Four.
Duel (ER): Lance targets one player. If the target player attempts to make a Night Kill, the target player dies, and there will be no Night Kill this round. The town will be notified of the identity of Lance.

"If the player attempts to make a Night Kill" - I'm guessing that means if he's mafia and mafia submits an NK target? (As opposed to if that particular mafia member is the one to send in the target.)

The Duel ability applies only to the mafia member who submits the Night Kill target. Thus, each night, there's only one person Lance could possibly kill with his Duel ability.

Note that the particular mafia member who submits the Night Kill target matters for other abilities as well. The Night Kill can be prevented if the mafia member who commits the Night Kill is killed by Salamence or Mismagius.

Roles, hmm, nothing too gamebreaking atm, some strategies I can foresee, but I also know what should be done to counter em.

Yes, except that there are 2 copies of each secondary role. Currently there are 22 players, which means I will be adding an eleventh secondary role. If there are an odd number of players, one of the secondary roles will have 3 copies. I will tell the town which one it is.

All roles are activated in the night phase, which means the player with Magikarp's role will have an increase in voting power for the following day (and the rest of the days as well).

I've added a new mafia role (Ghetsis) and a new secondary role (Jellicent), both from the 5th Generation games. If we get two more sign-ups, there will be another secondary role.

As of now, there are 22 players: 5 mafia members, 4 civilians with primary roles, 13 vanilla civilians.

I'm on the fence for signing up. It looks really well-designed and very enjoyable, but at the same time I want to focus on my own mafia and Trials, so I'm unsure. I'll let you know asap though.

Mate, you've got a Pokemon avatar. This mafia is perfect for you. Plus, with the addition of Jellicent, there's currently a 3/11 chance you'll get a Water Pokemon. When will there be another opportunity like this?

As if Root would intentionally give you the secondary role of copying another player's ability.

...I really need to catch up on Pokemon though. I barely know half of the pokemon/Team 'Mafia' names...
