This is just a hunch, but I find elk and eljoemo's responses to stick out from the rest. Most people in the RQS either answered question 1) with a comment about scumtells or simplicity - these two, on the other hand, posted opposing comments about whether this mafia favors town or civvy. Starting with eljoemo because his answer runs counterintuitive to the typical one I got asking about this mafia's design (more doctors = favors town whereas his line of thought is more forced scumtelling = favors mafia).

The people who have yet to answer the RQS are Linkcat and skyironsword.
