With rue's ability, it would be like nymph tears from the last lovers mafia
and Bonnie's ability would be like crusader
When rue targets district 1, neither player from district one can use their ability

This may have been my bad, but... The weapons are for mafias use only (and cato's, if cato is mafia he will have 2 weapons, if he is civilian he will get an RNG'd weapon that cant be a mace.) The mafia could be any person. AKA mafia have 2 abilities, civilians have 1. Anything listed under the power of the people are primary roles, anything listed under peace keeper abilities are secondary roles for the mafia. Their is no civilian role that allows you to see if X person has a weapon/secondary role, only the 10 random civilians with investigations to see if target player is mafia or civilian
