Tracker Jackers doesn't notify target, BTW. You/Treldon should know who Trackers targeted.

While I can't exactly contradict what you said, at least part of it I can confirm. I indeed know who the tracker jackers targetet, because I sent them. And here's why:
You told me that you were District 6, which means either Titus or Morphling. And while we haven't heard of anyone being eaten by a cannibal - iancudomariun died suspiciously fast by the way - the Morhpling has been rather active killing civvies.
So comes Night 3, when I decided to try and turn around the killing. If Morphling was already targeting a civvie, this way it might end up poisoning a mafioso instead (at worst case another civvie, but at this point it wouldn't matter).
And now, the final piece: how you know Tracers targeted you.
Simple. You know I was District 12 - I told you so - and you knew Katniss is dead. And when you realized that you have unintentionally revealed yourself to me, you would know that I would target you.
Not as airtight as I would like it, but it is better than anything else so far
