Crockett, that last message was private for a reason. I'm sorry that I upset you, but I would have appreciated it if you had sent me a private message about it on the forums instead of announcing what I told you publicly. Take your vote off yourself, I don't want my outburst to be the reason you are quitting.

The reason I got frustrated with you is the way you treated me after presenting you with possibly game-winning information. Because my position has now been exposed, and I hold no further advantage with that information, I might as well let everyone know.
Through a mafia mistake, I was included in a PM which contained some rather revealing information. I'm a civilian thief, but the sender was under the impression that I was also mafia, so I played along to see what other information I could gather.
I went to Crockett, because I knew he had the most knowledge of the civilian roles. I told the mafia member who sent me the message that I would get the name of the bodyguard from Crockett, so that we could then plot a mafia nightkill against the bodyguard. As a civilian, my true intentions were to contact the bodyguard myself, arrange a nightkill with the mafia against another civilian, and get the bodyguard to protect that civilian to stop the nightkill.
Despite my best efforts to convince him of my good intentions, even after providing him with this information, Crockett chose to act on emotion instead of the hard evidence I was providing him with. He decided that I was scum, and immediately voted for me to be lynched. This has completely thrown away all advantage I had, and the civilians no longer have an informant inside the mafia. I personally think this reflects the way Crockett has made a lot of decisions in this game so far - by guessing and hoping for the best, and not caring about potentially losing an innocent civilian.
If I'm going to be lynched, then so be it. I was really excited to actually play a critical part in the progression of this mafia, but after the way I was treated, my motivation to win this has dropped to zero.
I'm not withdrawing - I'll stick it out til the bitter end, because giving up on the game isn't something I want to do. However, given the way that this situation has unfolded, I won't be acting on the information I mistakenly received earlier today for this round.
tl;dr I'm a civilian, mafia sent me some very important information, I told Crockett, who then decided he wanted me lynched. This is how our "leader" makes decisions.
