EXPLANATION :

No voting means your vote is void. No lynch means your vote is a vote for no one to die.

Practical example :

 Like this, Elbirn dies, because 7 people are voting for no vote. If the 7 votes are "no lynch", that means you're voting for no one to die, and thus elbirn stays alive.

The difference is like this : Let's assume only I voted on myself in a further day in mafia, where only 5 people are alive

the other 4 players do nothing. Since they're not voting, they are 'No Vote'. This is different than a no lynch - if it was the same, then their contigent of no vote would be higher than my vote on myself and I'd be alive. Therefore, the only way to not get a death is to vote " no lynch". "No vote" is a pretty dumb concept - if you have no vote to give, then simply abstain from voting, don't vote on "No vote".

Therefore, you guys need to clarify - are you not voting (you don't give a fuck about who dies) or are you not lynching (As in you don't want anyone to die?)

The mafia have 2 ways to find each other, one is via Search, and the other is by targetting the same victim for their nightkill (even if the nightkill is unsuccessful).

I just asked qwerter in a PM.
When bodyguard and a bunch of ppl target bodyguard, I the diplomat still see the list of failed abilities used against me. But because they're failed, the policemen won't get his report. So I will be sharing all information with people the policemen DOES confirm, then you guys are free to kill me as soon as the policemen gets a confirmed person, typically night 2 unless policemen gets lucky, which is still a win-win situation for civvies. I'll be sharing ALL info with the first confirmed civvy/maf. Players with targeting abilities know who they are, so they can double check and ask the confirmed person if I shared your information with them. Again, I'm willing to die to prove I'm civilian. Even if I'm mafioso, Id still have to search someone and be right in order for mafia to have all the information, which then that mafioso would have to search and be right, but with less chances of being right. If I was mafia, I would confirm a fellow mafia member before proposing this plan, and since I couldnt have searched anyone yet even if I was mafia, you can be sure Im civvilian via death.

By the way, I will confirm this. The Diplomat's ability is a passive and is not affected by bodyguard (It is not a chosen action)

Bodyguard stops searches from and to target as well as negate all other abilities and NKs. I couldnt operate and be mafia if bodyguard kept hitting me, so what do you guys think of not lynching me today?

Id like both policemen to role claim to me. If this fails to happen, I'll start a mass role claim. I already have 1 policemen claim.

I propose we lynch one of the policemen if you guys agree. That way we get a confirmed mafia or civvy.

There are 5 total votes... of course there are other possibilites but the likelyhood suggests one of those two things happened

That particular game had many civilians confirmed quickly by using the information in their vanilla townie PM (They work in a vanilla factory)

To answer that question that was being asked, Town's PMs have their roles written in blue. Mafia has theirs in red.
