Do all night actions activate at the same time? If not, can you make a list showing the order of night actions? (Such as virus sacrificing itself to kill someone and mafia is killing virus. Does virus' target still die? Or does mafia kill first?)
The first one is NK, second is armagio, third is mind flayer/steal/flying weapon (depends on who sent the PM first, note that these affect passive abilities as well, except graboid), fourth is virus.After that, the only thing that depends is the order in which they were sent in PM.
the partner suicide thing kinda makes this play redundant, maybe a player without the partner has half vote?

I don't think we need this with that many abilities that affect voting power.
Virus' ability should be changes to "infect: target players voting total automatically goes up by 1 for today. ER" if they dont know whose mafia, if no one by mafia knows who is mafia, then virus current ability is really stupid. Why would they ever have incentive to use their ability on someone who they dont know is mafioso?
It can be really powerful if you know when to use it.
Phoenix- You become an Ash with no abilities after you are lynched/killed. Main role (mafia/civilian) not revealed. Your partner doesn't suicide.(Passive)
Elaborate. Wouldn't we just instantly know the phoenix's role after death?
You don't know if the phoenix was mafia or civilian. You just know that the player was phoenix and now is an ash. (think about it as a second chance)
For abilities that can only be used once on a target I suggest they cant be used consecutively on the same target instead. Especially the 2nd ability that says this when reading the OP.
