Mafia roles:
The mafia collectively have one kill per night. Which member of the mafia performs the kill determines which member's bonus applies.
Psion - If the Psion performs the kill, the kill ignores any shielding effects. Phoenix is not ignored by this ability.
Phase Dragon - Abilities that target the killer to prevent the kill, such as Iridium Warden, are ignored.
Phase Spider - The body of the deceased is consumed. Civilians will not discover the role of the deceased.
Phase Salvager - The killer cannot be seen by watching roles.
Civilian roles:
Phoenix - This player can avoid death once when targeted by the mafia. This does not protect him from being lynched.
Armagio (EN) - This player can target a player and prevent that player from being killed during that night.
Golden Nymph (EN) - Investigate a player, and get a result of
/not
. Phase Salvager returns not
since it's a ghost and can't be seen.
Iridium Warden (EN) - Block target player from performing any action on the current night. They will be notified.
Pegasus (EoR) - Target a player. You will be notified which players, if any, targeted that player on the current night.
Deathstalker (EoR) - Target a player. You will be notified which player, if any, that player targeted on the current night.
Fallen Elf (EoR) - Target two players. Any player who attempted to target either of the players has actually targeted the opposite.
Remaining players will get a card identity, but will not have any powers except their voice and their vote. Some but not all of the above roles will be used, depending on the number of signups. The
team will be able to identify the dead bodies of the opening scene before they were disfigured by the Psion's lightning and consumed by the Phase Dragon and Phase Spider.
So, am I getting it right that the one who sends in the nightkill last from team mafia will be the actual killer? And the actual killer's killing bonus will activate only, right? So does this mean that only 1 mafia ability can be used every night? Or is that the case that some mafia abilities are passive? Also, if the Phase Salvager's bonus can only apply to himself, can it be rewritten to "You cannot be seen by watching roles"? Also, are Golden Nymph, Pegasus and Deathstalker all and the only watching roles?
Will the mafia roles know of each other? What happens if 2 of them send in different nightkills? Which will be valid: the first or the last one? Do nightkills count as targeting? Can Iridium Warden or Fallen Elf mess up who the respective mafia member wants to kill by using their abilities? When Golden Nymph uses his role, is Salvager getting a 'not aether' text even if he isn't the killer during the respective night? Or is Salvager the only one protected by that? Can Fallen Elf redirect a nightkill?
That's all for now. ^^"
The mafia decide which member performs the kill - it doesn't have to be the member who sends the PM, but it has to be a still-alive member. The mafia know who each other are. The last nightkill is the valid nightkill. Nightkills do count as targeting.
Phase Salvager is passive.
Watching roles are Golden Nymph, Pegasus, and Deathstalker.
Warden and Elf can interfere with the mafia kill.
Salvager gives "not
![Aether :aether](https://elementscommunity.org/forum/Smileys/solosmileys/../../../images/Misc/aether18x18.png)
" to Golden Nymph even if he's not the killer - he's invisible. However, Pegasus or Deathstalker would see any other mafia member performing the kill, but not Golden Nymph.
Fallen Elf can, by getting lucky, redirect a nightkill.
