I'm fine with lynching someone or not. This vote is to give reason for Ian to vote on Fippe.

And, the fact is, lynching gives us a 4/13 shot of killing a mafia. Not lynching gives us a zero chance of killing one. Yeah, random guessing isn't the way to go, so it's better if everyone posts. But we most likely won't get that, so we've gotta be proactive. Plus my knife is thirsty.

4/13 are not good odds. Yes, zero chance of killing a mafia today. But 69.23% (9/13) chance of killing a townie if we do lynch. And our chances of finding someone suspicious grows with time. This strategy won't work forever, but early on, I don't see a better way to handle it. (I am open to ideas, though!)

As far as Root's plan goes, I'm guessing mafia was targeted. That would explain the silence, although mathman having been targeted is possible, as well. Also, Warden may have been "killed" on Night 0.

Possible plan:

Root's plan, take 2. Warden targets someone else, that person contacts the Warden and they form the beginning of an alliance. The downside to this is if mafia is targeted, Warden may die the next night. But hey, 69.23% chance that the Warden will be safe.

Cop plan. Golden Nymph hopefully targeted someone last night. If they got not , they should contact that person and tell them who they are. Not sure how the next part goes exactly, but somehow the nymph proves who they are based on who they target during Night 2. Someone with more experience in mafia may have ideas on this. If the target on Night 1 came back as , then target someone else during Night 2 and, if get not , then take the above steps. Downside is 1/13 chance of hitting Phase Salvager. That would suck, but probably a risk we need to take at this point.

Of course, all of these plans can be further complicated by Fallen Elf. Whoever this is should probably not use their ability arbitrarily. In other words, make sure you know why you are targeting those people.

We could confirm who the Golden Nymph is, but then we would lose a very important role when the mafia kills it the following night. I'd rather have the Warden actually implement the plan I mentioned earlier. We still get a confirmed civ, but we don't lose a key role.

Who is the Warden and who did you target last round?

My plan involved private messages and a private alliance. It won't help us on this thread or immediately, but it's a start and gets us going in the right direction.

I don't really mind what happens to me, I just want to see interesting things happen. Thus, I am willing to tell anyone who PMs me my role in exchange for yours. Of course we don't know if any of us is lying or if we'll spread that info, but hey, I think it's interesting anyway. If your role is nothing special or you just want something interesting then I guess it's valid.

And no, this does not mean I am forming an alliance. Any alliance based on this is just going to end up into a "CrockettRocket Alliance the Second" which means GG for townies. This is purely infoswap. If you desire to form an alliance you are either mafia, exceedingly dumb, or have a craving to watch things develop in interesting ways. PS : I'm the latter
