I didn't vote on him, because I didn't want a sudden bandwagon to happen.  I was making the suggestion because he seems the most suspicious to me, but I was waiting for those known to be of town-alignment to decide on the plan.

Just saying that the two mafias have agreed that if they can create a situation where they can overpower the civilians and have no incentive to kill each other, I will have no choice but to award the win to both of them. This will happen if it gets to a 2:1:1 civi:mafia:mafia ratio.
