It was a difficult song, but Dm1321 wasn’t one to give up. He was in the top 20k of world Osu! standings, after all! He kept going at it, his hand performing complicated shenanigans mere mortals couldn’t even dream of. And so he didn’t notice a shady figure appear behind him.

“Dm1321!” It began.

“Shaddap dude, can’t you see I’m playing Osu!” Dm said in his whiny voice.

“Dm1321,” the shady figure continued without hesitation, “I hear that you are one of the unrecognized Admins of Elements the Game?”

“Seems legit. Carry on.”

“Well if you are what you claim to be, you certainly have power within the Game! You might even be strong enough to overthrow Wigurashi and doom us all!”

“No way dude, I told you I’m OP Monstrosity. I called it.”

“We’ll see.” The shifty figure whispered ominously as it raised its knife high in the air.


Zawadx sat up straight in his bed. He looked about, watching the daylight filter into the room. It was just a dream after all… Dm wasn’t gonna die so easily. Zawadx gave a sigh of relief, and logged into the Game just to check on things.

Inside, he found the gamebots huddled around a certain corner of the game. It was Camietsu’s sprite, now lifeless, and it had hidden behind Dm1321 all this time.

DAY 2

Dm1321 was killed. He was Camietsu.

Hmm, I'm not sure if you understand this: an increase to Voting Totals makes it easier to lynch you. Due to your +3 in Voting Total, you act as if you already have 3 votes on you. So it's a mixed blessing.

I know. Now they can't simply kill me during the night. Now they have to convince others to vote on me as well.

I don't have much time now for posting but I'm thinking about a safe strategy.

The most important: if you're a Moderator and the result on tragetting yourself was "Gamebot", you're Wirugashi, which means, the Sane one. Your results are correct! DON'T CLAIM YET but keep that in mind.
If you're a Moderator and the result on targetting yourself was "Non-Gamebot", you're Eccense, which means, you're useless. ^_^

Also, there was only one kill. It's possible that the OP didn't use its Nightkill at all, but I think that strategy would be wrong. So, one of the Kills might have been blocked by the helper. (Especially since – in my opinion – the Shards could have chosen a better target. Killing Dm1321 seems to be an OP-choice, a kind of "random shot in the crowd".)

I'm not sure that Eccense should claim. On the plus side: we have a confirmed townie. If my theory about the blocked (Shard?) shot is correct, next night only 1 shot needs to be blocked which is 50%, not 25%. On the minus side: in a Role Madness game like this it's easy to counter-claim a useless role. Due to the many VoteCount changing skills (both Shards and Gamebots, maybe OP too?) it would be hard to lynch either the claim or the counter-claim for sure. (? – Think about this part, I haven't browsed through the maths of the possibilities yet, I may be wrong about the last part.)

If a Non-Gamebot's skills are revealed for you by the Oracle, tell about it immediately, no matter who you are!!!

Unsure about this: if a Gamebot's skills are revealed, tell the player's name but not the skills. We're getting 2 conf. towns in this way. And if noone reveals anything, the Oracle should claim him/herself because two Non-Gamebots were targetted. (WARNING! I may be wrong about this paragraph, we all should think about it!)

The main problem is that everything can be mixed up by the skills or by counter-claims or simple lies of the Non-Gamebots. Dammmm 'dis Role Madness setup! ^_^ (Or it's possible that I'm simply too dumb for creating a useful strategy.)


Iancudorinmarian: what that dialog about the Voting Total is about? I don't get it? Were you targetted by someone? It sounds like the Shard of Wisdom thingy... (???)

ZawadX: where are the results of the Spin Technician? Shouldn't that be public now? Or did I misunderstand something???
