3 mafia means 7 of the 9 gamebots abilities are in play. It's a bit more difficult to get a confirmed civilian in Round 1 this way, and it's also probably too late right now.

I'm glad that you've changed your mind and the strategic RootRanger is back.
However, it's not "too late" to claim but it's bad, as I explained before.

The Arena mods should target themselves this round.
The two players targeted by the Oracle should reveal the skills they uncovered, in the following round. If it's two bots, that's be great, because then we get two (mostly) confirmed bots to whom we can send all our information. If it's one bot and one shard, the shard probably won't post. In that case, we have one bot who is mostly confirmed. (...)
Upgrade Master could potentially be useful later in the game, but not yet.
Donations Manager should use the skill tonight. It can't hurt.
HP Counter should target me.

Oracle: I'm not sure. In this form it may be a WIFOM. What if the first one who claims is a Shard? And that's especially probable if a Power Role eg. the HP Counter is revealed for a Shard! The Oracle should hunt for the OP because as far as I know, Serial Killers tend to lurk 'till they can so, maybe The Oracle should target too not-so-active players.
Shakif: agreed. Wait with that skill, unless you have a sure read on someone.
AI0: ...why the self-targetting? I don't get this.
Donations Manager: agreed.
HP Counter: erm, why should he/she target you? I have three cons.
(1) There are two possible kills. If the HP Counter targets you noone will try to Nightkill you, sure, but it's gonna be free to Nightkill anyone else.
(2) Maybe the HP Counter should secretly decide which town-looking player is to be protected. You, Qwerter (I think), me (lololol), anyone else... It's a sort of "counter-WIFOM": would the Non-Gamebots try to get rid of any "most probably town" players they would face the chance of a block, trololololol!
(I've did something similar in #39 and it worked in the end, even if in a different way. The Helper didn't target me but I managed to make the Trolls think that I'm a PR, so, they wasted a Nightkill on a useless role, me. I regret nothing ^_^)

Nooooooooooooooo!!! Sorry to say but that was bad, bad, BAD! Don't do that next time because instead of cleaning yourself up we may get a Nightkilled Frozengaia. The more powerful role you have the worse the situation is.
I strongly doubt that Frozengaia is a Non-Bot so, I would say, the HP Counter should target him – or, the best bet: secretly choose between Frozengaia and the names written in (2)

Also, about the AI0 thing, it's most likely because Root deems it kinda useless.

Frozengaia: making a mistake =/= being annoying.
"I'll explain everything next Day" more or less asks for a Nightkill, because the scums might consider you a threat.
Even worse: if you don't get Nightkilled (for a while), the town may think that you're a scum and lynch you because you weren't Nightkilled. However, it's possible that the scums don't kill you because they want to make the town think that you're a scum... so, that's a WIFOM. Or at least, something similar, I suppose. (WIFOM is explained eg. here: http://wiki.mafiascum.net/index.php?title=Wine_In_Front_Of_Me.)

Why should the HP Counter protect you? Well, in this way the Nightkill could be prevented and the less Nightkill we have the more chance we have for winning the game. But – if it were sure that the HP Counter protects you the Non-Gamebots might choose another target(s), so the Nightkill should be successful, for example against RootRanger (or Qwerter, me, etc.) But, what if the HP Counter chooses someone out of some certain names? There is no sure Nightkill, all possible targets may be protected. So, it's a kind of "counter-WIFOM" (though, I'm not sure whether it is a real WIFOM according to game theory).

Though, I admit, they may ignore my silly thought and Nightkill someone unexpected.

I think, because of the day is almost over, we should summerize our strategy again.

Moderators: target self. That's the first step in revealing your own identity for yourselves.
Oracle: target two relatively passive players. If lucky, you may find the OP. If not, you may find something and make two passive players more active than before.
Shakif: don't do anything unless you're pretty sure about a Shard (which I doubt).
Spin Technician: use your ability, at least we're going to know what kind of Shards are out there.
AI0 Tutor: I have no idea, however, if you follow Root's advice, target self.
Upgrade Master: same as Shakif, don't do anything yet. Your skill is EoR, that might be useful tomorrow, when we have more information than now.
HP Counter: well, If I were you, I'd roll a die whom is to be protected. (1) RootRanger (2) Querter (3) Frozengaia (4) Aneninen (5 and 6 roll again). Normally, these would be the most obvious kills now. Find your kill somewhere else, dear Non-Gamebots, mwhahahahahaha! ^_^
PVP Negotiator: perhaps do something similar as the Oracle, I'm not sure about this.

Night had fallen.

Zawadx had spent the whole day playing Arena, trying to catch a glimpse of one of the legendary Arena Mods. He had even forgotten to check the Oracle. He played on and on, losing repeatedly to the Bugged Shards. Soon, his electrum was spent, and he had nothing left to play with.

He was about to click Menu and leave Arena, when suddenly the leagues started fluctuating again. He blinked at the screen as he observed the various parts of the game coming alive. They all rallied against a poor burd, calling it witless and naïve. Wigurashi came forwards, and softly said, “Burd, you have served us well. But you are just a burd. Alas! Your short lifespan ends here.”

The burd smiled. “I don’t know why you worry so much, Wigs! I don’t even think there is a need for the Arena Mods anymore. As a matter of fact, I’ve had enough of that job…”

All the gamebots gave a disbelieving look amongst themselves, while Burd continued, “I came here in place of ZSader. And it looks like my work isn’t needed anymore. It’s time for me to go, be free like a true Burd!” And with that, the pixilated burd vanished from the screen.
