Halfbloods: Halfbloods are essentially cops. each night, they will pm me the name of who they want to investigate. At the end of each night, HB-tells will be posted by me. I will not reveal any names, but they will be in the same order each day. This means that if the order of tells is ABCD, it will be ABCD every time.
Halfbloods come in 4 sanities

• Chronos: Sane HB. This means that all cop tells are the truth.
• Discord: Insane HB. This means all cop tells are lies.
• Lumiel: Naive HB. This means all cop tells are revealed as innocent.
• Shadow: Paranoid HB. This means all cop tells are revealed as guilty.

HB's will not know their sanity.

I'm confused about this part. First of all, you say they won't know their own sanity, but they're all specifically listed right above?
And does the ordering mean that only one of the four Sanity abilities will be used the whole game, since the order never changes?

I just gave them names to suit the theme. When I pm roles, they will be known as Halfblood (letter) rather than the names.

The formatting for HB posts is this

Halfblood A: Ben-guilty
Halfblood B: Fred-not guilty
Halfblood C: Ben-guilty
Halfblood D: Jim-not guilty

I'm still really vague on the rules, it's like I'm reading the list of homebrew rules to a game I've never played. Is there someplace to read, like, full rules and how the game goes?

Not really as I modded the rules from the originals . Optimized for a much larger number of players. If you want, we can do a practice day or 2 to get a feel for this. Of course, roles will change so if you were FG in the practice, there is a low chance you will be for the real.

No. Two or more players can not start with the same ability. HBs will not have abilities.

That helps a bit I guess. I don't think we need to waste time with a practice round, though i may want to talk to you in chat about the game more. It would be helpful for new players like me in future mafia's if there was a link like that in the rules.

I will do it tomorrow around oracle time, maybe a couple hours later. Sign ups will last until then I guess for anyone still wanting to join. Though I think all that will join have join.

Day 1
Morning rises. A routine check of the town is held to check if anyone is dead. Mister Ghosty, the paranoid halfblood, was found lying in a pool of blood. On his bedside table, lay a note.
"Let this be a warning. Do NOT try to resist. The False Gods will kill you all"

Later on in the day, everyone meets in the hall to check the Halfblood investigations. Justaburd: Innocent, RootRanger: Guilty, RootRanger: Innocent, Annele: Guilty.
