Didn't we used to have a rule where those that don't vote have their votes randomly distributed between everyone that is currently voted for that could also be lynched by the additional no votes?

For instance, one players have 5 votes, one has 4, one has 2, and 2 people don't vote. Those two remaining votes would be randomly assigned to the people with 5 and 4 votes already, as they are the only ones that can be lynched. It would be up to the host to decide if vote manipulation occurs before or after the random votes are distributed, since they both have pros/cons.

Not really sure why I'm choosing beef over demagog, I just want my vote to count for something, instead of being wasted on mort, who in all likelyhood, could not be lynched.

Either way, I'll leave it to chance to decide between demagog and beef. Or vote manipulation. Whichever comes first.

If beef happens to be mafia, I'll be marking demagog as proven, if not... well, lets cross that bridge when we get their. (Assuming beef is lynched)

I wanted to wait until Terro's vote to voice this, and didn't see it until just now. I'm 75% certain Terro is mafia. That may not sound like much, but it's more than anyone else.

Terro seems to have a habit of placing blame on himself when he is mafia in order to make himself seem innocent. Who would suspect someone is mafia that is suggesting that they could possibly be one? I know he's done it in past games, and I think he's doing it now.

Or I actually am the one who broke the pattern and didn't vote for mathman for the congo line or you due to your vote on me, both of which were simply because I have no information and don't want to actually try to get anyone lynched. Beef was just RNG from the remaining players.

Also, Terro is a pretty smart guy. He, above all people, would know I wouldn't be drawing so much attention to myself if I was a mafia.

So he, followed by Annele, are my two main suspects at the moment. Probably a safe bet that at least one  person that hasn't voted yet is also mafia. Just trying to get out my thoughts in case vote manips and/or RNG doesn't go my way.

A good argument, though while you can draw from past experiences of myself, I too know your general playstyle, although I do have to admit the possibility that you are deviating from it for some reason and are in fact a civvy.

When you actually start arguing and making cases against people to survive early on generally means you're mafia, in my opinion, since you have the habit of telling going fatalistic when voted on early, case in point, last mafia:

You guys do know that when I'm proven innocent, you're all dying next, right?

Of course, as far at attention-drawing goes, we just have a classic WIFOM, where drawing attention as a FG allows you to make the argument that you're not a FG, because clearly, a FG would never do that.

However, I don't have much of a choice but to stick with my vote against Dema this round in an effort to save myself
My instincts still tell me that Demagog is Mafia, and I really hope he is, or else this game will probably come to a quick close..

I'm not sure I follow, Terro... I wasn't mafia last game, so what does that quote have to do with anything here? And actually, I have changed my style of play, and I've already outlined it: draw attention to myself and hope I keep enough suspicion that I am neither lynched nor nightkilled. I think it also decreases my chances of being ID'd, as a detective doesn't want to ID someone that could be lynched. When a game eventually comes where I am mafia, you will all expect me to play this way, and I'll be able to get away with it. Of course, you could just kill me early ever game, but I think we can all agree that's no fun and will only work 1/5 of the time.

Once I get tired of this strategy, I'll probably go back to being passive until I gather information, but I usually die to mafia or get ID'd as mafia when I play that way so I had to change my style. Eventually, you will all be used to this.

It's ok, in future games you'll know not to lynch me just because I'm drawing attention to myself.

Don't forget, Terro and Annele, one of them is likely mafia. I could be wrong, but that's as good of an analysis as I can give when I die this early. I also don't like timetock's refusal to vote, but that's just slightly suspicious.

As long as the detective isn't killed this night I think you're in good shape.
