      L sat in a room with a few of his closest detectives. He could not continue to hide behind a computer screen with his own police force suspicious of him. Plus, L wanted to confront Kira himself. If he wasn't actively looking for Kira, he would never be able to find his suspects before losing his own life to them. He who strikes first wins... he thought to himself.
      At last, he found what he had been looking for. Kira had been careless enough to leave a trace behind in a video sent to a news station. The police had then seized and analyzed it. After careful study, L found that the video contained a single strand of hair.
      L then proceeded to test the DNA of the hair with one of his prime suspects: Demagog. The DNA was a perfect match. When the police heard this news, they immediately captured Misa. After a little discussion, they almost unanimously decided that it would be safest to eliminate Demagog. After being bound and lethally injected, Demagog died a quick and painless death.

      A policeman was walking home from work. Today had been one of the few good days, a rare day that gave him hope during a difficult and morbid case. With the help of L, the police had found and killed the second Kira. There were just three left, and with the progress the police had been making, they too would be eliminated before it was too late. The man felt hopeful and content as he did something that he had not done in days: he smiled. L is truly an amazing detective... he thought. His skill was unlike anything the policeman had ever seen before. In just a couple days he found the identity of Kira, backed up with irrefutable proof; it represented unparalleled skill. The policeman felt a rare sense of comfort. He would be safe with L on his side.
      The man crossed the street with a smile. Nothing could keep him down, he thought. Perhaps it was due the man's careless sense of happiness, or maybe the controlling power of the Death Note, for he had not noticed the car heading his way. It crashed into him with immense force, killing him instantly.

With L giving us insight on Demagog being a Misa, we should follow up on his guess of Terroking being another one. So thats why my vote is for Terroking, if anything else comes up that can help us out, I will swap my vote.

Not a mafia guys. I'd be more than happy to hear the rumor that would have me portrayed as one, and would like to note that Oni only said he'd heard I was a mafia. I'm 100% certain that this is just a random guess, since if anyone had identified me they'd see that I was an innocent. That being said, I am willing to trust Oni and understand if everyone votes for me because he says so; at this point we need to milk L for as long as possible, before the Kira night-kill him (Which they will inevitably be forced to do). I'll reserve my vote until Oni posts something, as I (And the civvies as a whole I assume) have nothing more than guesswork to go by otherwise.

Any kira would want to kill L fast either way. At least from my (limited experience) point of view. o.O

The faster they kill L, the sooner Near and Mello activate. Thus, it's best to kill him the turn after he used his ability.

Go read the rules... it's every turn. Unfortunately, Rem is also every turn, so once L comes forward, mafia has to sacrifice someone to kill L, or get lucky and kill Rem first. The fact that both L and Rem can use their abilities every round is OP, in my opinion, but RR thinks otherwise...
