A no vote is saying that 'hey, I'm not voting, so this is just to say that i am active, dont modkill me'.
A no lynch, is saying that 'my vote is to not lynch anyone.

That's the way I see it at least.

Actually, I believe the rules (At least in this iteration of Mafia) state that two consecutive rounds of not voting (Even selecting No Vote or No Lynch) means you are modkilled.

Each day, the town votes to lynch one person. Although abstaining (not voting) is allowed, players will be modkilled if they abstain two rounds in a row. Players may not vote for no lynch.
