That's terrible logic. If you think someone's a mafia, you lynch them. Even as a ghost a mafia can influence how people think by saying things, which is prevented by killing them. A living mafia can also contribute to the mafia's scheming.

A ghost mafia does not have any meaningful ability unless he is the only mafia left (not the case) and killing a ghost mafia does not remove his vote. As for my influence, if you really do suspect I'm a mafia, then just don't listen to anything I say unless it is strictly logical (like this post).
