If this were to occur, I would have to apply the tiebreaker rule:

-Based on the tie, whoever was voted on first (without special skills) gets priority. So if player 2 was voted on before player 3, player 2 is the one that's getting the lynch despite the tie.
-If a special skill occurs that ties the vote, the special skill that was used LAST gets priority (so if Scorpio managed to use its ability first, followed by Hermes who then tied up the score on a specific player, the specific player targeted by Hermes gets lynched. If multiple ties occurs from a multi-targeted set, it will be based on the first person Hermes targeted for example).
