Town shouldn't lynch with no info, but try to pick out the mafs.

Not what he said. He said not voting without evidence. We really shouldn't be RNG lynching in first round more often than not - in fact, on sites where little but mafia happens, that would be standard. Which I would guess is why Mort is voting for Root.

Chat mafia usually involves more rapid (and more overall) discussion, thus allowing more room for people to slip up. At least in my experience. Most  mafias on here still wind up having a lot of thought and strategy, which is always good

I don't have any experience with chat mafia, but it's usually better to no-lynch instead of having a high probability of lynching a townie (or two, in this case).

Don't get me wrong, I am all for voting (and lynching), but not based on nothing. Because that's a loss for town and doesn't encourage discussion.
