I'm really pissed that we lost our only vulture, but Nepy's death might have actually been a blessing in disguise.

TheForbiddenOracle is absolutely guaranteed to be a civ. (Nepy had the seer see TFO. Nepy had to be telling the truth since he was a civ).
TII is absolutely guaranteed to be a civ. (TFO, a confirmed civ, gambled TII and found out that he was a civ).
