If you're going to make roles out of thin air, I might as well too:

Lava Golem/Forest Spirit : Can "grow" their vote for .5 each turn if they sacrifice .5 of their vote for the current turn. (For example a Lava's Golem's current votepower is 1.5. He uses the ability which makes his vote count as 1.0 this turn and 2.0 the next turn.)
Pest : Nullifies the vote of target player, regardless of how much the voted counted for.

Mercenary: For every player that PM's the host asking for Mercenary to target a specific player, if the Mercenary does target that player, his voting power is increased by a half for each PM associated with the player targeted.

Now this is usable.
With all this ideas the mafias could be widely expanded.
Remember that sometimes complex=/=good.
This ideas could use balancing to make sure they dont destroy the current secondary abilitys(because they already seem to be better than many of them, remember that not all roles can be vultures).

Just an ability idea:

Malignant Cell: Turns target player into a cell. For this round their vote counts for 0. For the next 2 rounds anyone else this person targets with their ability becomes a malignant cell. When one cell is killed, turns one random current cell player permanently to a malignant cell, negating their old ability.

I assumed so. The wording could be more clear. Like the difference between cell and malignant cell, or maybe the purpose of this ability(i mean, so many effects dont really seem to have a goal besides filling the place with malignant cells really fast)
