Since AnonymousRevival was only fixing the table, I'm ignoring the fact that you ignored that post. So, I believe that if you start with the 30/30/30/30, then take 1 from and give 1 to , then I take 1 from and give 1 to , then the table will look as is.
Finally, as I've done for a billion years now, I'm going to say that we should just knock off 20 points from each element, leaving this:

When UTL ignored Anon's post, he substracted 1 from time which had 31, so when thispersonisagenious fixed it he ended up substracting from the 30 that it should have. Then, thispersonisagenious made his own changes, which included another substract for time. 28.
