Besides, he only writes modules and playtests new rule sets, so he's not exactly an authority.

It's just that Dragonwrought kobold sorcerers are suggested in quite a bit of forums and guides.

Eh. Ask the GM, really it's his final decision. I still don't think it's a very good build. Too frail.

Done save for hitpoints.

No gear, and I could beat every character in this party with my hands tied behind my back.

so I'm OP, and my familiar is just a fright.

I've got no gear and an AC of 22.

Not to mention my high saves and my high DCs

and I've got four feats at first level :)

I did it by having read almost every single Wizards of the Coast book for 3.5, greyhawk setting.

I took a druid from PHB
Then I opened up Unearthed Arcana, went to the class variants.
Then I went back to PHB to apply see what level I get track and favoured enemy from ranger, and what level I get the monk's speed and AC bonuses.
Then I opened up Book of Exalted Deeds and took Sacred Vow (1st level feat) and Vow of Poverty (Human Feat)
This gave me a fourth feat (track having been my first), so long as it was an exalted feat. I took Exalted Companion
Then I opened up Dragon Magic, and took the Phynxkin companion class variant. This gave me my Celestial Phynxkin, or for those who don't know what that means, he's an Angelic Tiger-Dragon.

And that's how I made him.

Another fun thing to do is to take flaws. They're almost like free feats!

They're nothing at all like free feats if you're using them right

According to the rules of flaws from Unearthed Arcana say that the flaw has to be a bigger negative then the bonus from the feat.

Like an archer can't take noncombatitive, the flaw that gives you a -3 on all melee attacks

also, I already asked :P
