Ok, here goes....

The group cautiously enter the cave.  Loud noises, banging, and shuffled footsteps are echoing from the depths within.  Geoff takes lead trying to spy for anything that has been hidden from sight.  Natural light fades as the group winds its way through the first passage.  As it gets to a point where no more natural light is present, Geoff pulls out a sunrod and sets it alight.  Unfortunatly that same light triggers exactly what he's been so cautious to avoid.

High above the cavern in the dark, or should i say what used to be dark, are several metal hooks suspended from the caves ceiling.  From these hooks numerous weighted nets have been strung.  Normally these nets would have done nothing but rot away, unfortunatly the hooks have been treated with an alchemical process so that they straighten when bathed in light  (i love the trap books  :P ).

The nets fall and layer over the group, and worse yet a few of the nets have bells attach which echo down the corridor as they fall.  You sit there struggling against the weight of the rope unable to move your limbs more than a few inches at a time without exaustion.  Moments turn to seconds, and seconds into minutes before you realize something very strange.....nobody is comming to investigate the bells.

InC:Ariadon follows Lady Krissaga, glad to have a chance to run away from the mouth of the cave.

OOC: This is not metagaming. I would really have done this, even if there was no trap. I role-played a character who is deathly afraid of the cave; why would he enter when he has a perfect excuse to follow Lady Krissaga?

Suddenly, Geoff, Therin, and Maze see Ariadon running back to them in wild terror, screaming incoherent phrases.

"What the F*** Are you doing?" Therin asks, frustrated by the trap and his cohorts stupidness.

Ariadon pants, and while gesticulating wildly, he says," D-D-DRAGON!!!"

Ariadon pulls out a short sword that he kept after their first encounter and attempts to slice the net.

UMM....Lady Krasaga would of beat you back.  But for all intents and purposes i guess you both can get back at the same time.  And every thing was sold from the first encounter.
