Vote: 2/5. It seems a bit off. It's very specific, does not synergize well with... practically anything, and it is probably overpriced. Still, flavor is nice and it does counter the above card.

Text: Target creature triples its stats, but dies when it attacks.
Notes: I don't know about the balance on this one, really. The most you should be able to make out of it is hyperbuffing a creature, then use TU on it, but it falls squarely into OTK territory as you would need a rainbow to make it work. And OTKs are usually too fragile to work well (except against FGs). Still, it might be a little bit too good in a fire rush. Also, phoenixes might be an issue (it's basically a 4 cost 7 damage spell, but with 21 damages loaded upfront... although it requires another card to work). Overall, I think it could work, but obviously we'd need some testing.

The card rating should be left to the next poster, since we all have different standards.  For example, I'm also taking into account the thematics of the idea, not just how will it counters the previous card or how good the mechanics are.

I think the 0-5 system The Mormegil proposes is a good 'standard' to go by if someone's not sure about the rating system, but individual users should be able to take some liberty on their ratings due to varying opinions and possibly different avenues of feedback (e.g. Someone might focus on tweaks to make the cards better, and another person might focus on how to break the card instead.)

Simple but interesting card by itself and does a good job at countering the one above it. Name seems a bit off - I feel like a trick would be a bit more simple/one instance like.

Notes: Every non-damage action regarding the creature - targeting, field effects, status-inflicting shields, etc... will result in +1|+1. The only cards that don't result in any buff at are AoE damage cards like Fire Shield and Rain of Fire.
+1 | +1 happens before any effects of the card are triggered.

2.5/5 - Narrow but usable in a meta full of stat buffs. I feel like I would pick Pandemonium over this too often, though.

Cloak will still work since it covers the field as opposed to affecting all creatures like AoE CC.

3.5/5. A good counter, and synergies with the rest of Gravity fairly well. Thematically feels a little off, perhaps fitting in with Aether a little better, and I can't help but feel its a little weak.

Notes: Second card ever created (well, posted)! "Drawback" is the temporary lowering of the water level immediately before or after a wave or tsunami. I'm a little concerned about this card + SoP. Not sure how to display the current damage it will deal.

3/5 - I can see how this card counters unupped standstill (since -X HP becomes damage like Rage Potion), but it doesn't do much against the upgraded version. As a card it seems reasonably balanced, since it would need a good swarm deck to work well with Shard of Patience.

Notes: Anti-beatdown card that was designed to counter the growth aspect of Tsunami. Useful for stopping dragons, shriekers, growing creatures, etc…, but is less powerful against midrange creatures like Puffer Fish, Abomination, and Phoenix and weenies with adrenaline.

3/5 Love the mechanic, but way too situational. Needs to limit damage to 3, imo, if it were to get any use.

Text: Woodpecker will keep attacking until full damage is dealt.
Notes: Exceptions are made for Phase Shield and Hope with DR > Woodpecker's attack. Dusk and Fog do nothing against Woodpecker, since the guy will just keep on trying until an attack gets through, and many other shields actually strengthen this card (against a DR -1 shield, it will attack twice, doing 10 damage instead of 6). It's also a very hard counter to Bone Wall. Adrenaline, I'm not sure about yet.

I like the theme and mechanic.  But I'm unsure on its balance concerning Bone Wall.

Text: Combine all of your creatures into a single weapon with damage equal to 2/3 (3/4 on upped version) of the sum of all of your creatures attack.  Deals spell damage.

Notes: Gets around fee // toll because that card does not affect weapons, and you no longer have any creatures.
