(http://www.askvg.com/how-to-disallow-secret-customer-experience-improvement-program-collecting-information-in-windows-7/) (HA! Take THAT Microsoft! Oh and don't believe the propaganda site I linked to, just disable the program, because it also collects the NAMES of the programs pinned to startmenu, how many times you used them, what packets send through network from those programs. It's serious spyware from M$ itself.)
