I think Connect 4 fails with teams. Though I tried as soon as I was able, it was at least 5 turns until my partner started talking to me. And the, right when I was about to be able to DO something, Jocko pops up and does my exact move. I would have been okay with this, but then he plays 3 more times, putting us at in a bad position. No communication whatsoever.

But I am not angry with either of them. This has probably happened a lot. I just think that only 2 people should be involved in a game of Connect Four - the two opposing players. This would make everything run much faster.

Annele you took more than a full day without acknowledging anyone outside of your team. I honestly thought you had forgotten about the entire forum game. If you're going to take ten times as long to move as the average person, it is not unreasonable to expect that something is not right. While I would prefer individual Connect 4, your situation is not Jocko's fault.

She did say she wasnt angry with either of them, Root. And I agree 100%, team connect 4 does not work well at all, and would only work if players alternated turns. Even then it would be confusing, and defeats the point of having a team if you decide on every move with your partner before hand.

Yeah, I also think it can be faster, perhaps we can have a meeting of teams at a time that can work for everyone(in the 2 teams) and finish the game.

As the first round will be finished, and teams mostly settled, this will be the plan.

It would be also cool that teams are forced to alternate turns between their members though this would slow down the event, because sometimes if two players from opposite teams are active at the same time they can play out the entire match without their teammates having a chance to participate.
