All right, a few problems:

1. You need to follow the character sheet I've provided on the first page. You must have everything in that character sheet, else you can't join. For example, right now I have no idea what your character looks like.

2. Beware of godmodding. Matter and energy absorption is fine, but you can't absorb everything your enemies throw at you. For example, if my character Jonathan uses his uber giant sword-nuke attack (energy sword #5, one of his most powerful attacks, for those who participated in Gradual Massacre; that attack takes an extreme toll on him), your character will get hurt because he will not be able to absorb all of the enormous amounts of light energy I threw at him. I suggest that there should be a set amount of energy Colonel Power can absorb; go beyond that, he overloads and gets damaged.

3. Er... I'm not exactly sure if that's how telepathy works... Last time I checked, in most fictions the mind and thoughts of a person is contained within his own brain; they do not "leak" out of his brain as "brain waves". To read the thoughts of someone, you would have to enter that person's mind; at least, that's how it works in most fantasy books I've read.

1. Sorry, I was going to link to a photo, but forgot last night and am having troubles finding the picture this morning, so I added to my bio sheet.

2. I'm not going to godmode, but I still disagree with your analogy. There is a limit to the amount of energy he can absorb, he just doesn't know it. I don't know if you were going to have us finish off the Destroyer ourselves at the very end, or if there was going to be some sort of divine intervention, but I imagine he'll beat us up at some point first, right? Well, that's when I figure he'll hit his limit. To your example, though, I don't think it's overpowered to have him untouched by certain types of abilities, so long as there's something to balance it out. For example, if he isn't armored up, and someone sneaks up behind him and hits him over the head with something extremely hard, it's going to knock him unconscious like it would any normal human.

3. I wasn't saying how normal telepathy works, just how his telepathy worked. That said, looking at my abilities again, my character might be a little OP with the telepathy added in(think of my example in point number two, if he can read minds no one can sneak up on him and he has one less weakness), so I'm going to modify that as well.

The majority of the characters in this game (players, friendly NPCs, antagonists) use energy-based attacks, so it would be overpowered if you're granted complete immunity from all energy-based attacks. Of course, I can still kill you by stabbing you with a sword, but it simply doesn't make sense if I throw at you an energy attack equivalent to a hydrogen bomb (extremely tiring for my character), and you take zero damage from it while throwing it back at me at the same time. As I said on the first page, all abilities must be counterable; there must be a limit to how much energy your character can store, because nothing can store an infinite amount of power. I don't think it's unreasonable to let your character have this limit, and this limit can increase as the story progresses.

You'll die instantly if you attempt to absorb Void energy; even if you survive, you'll be corrupted beyond saving. I mean, even Deities in their full powers (i.e. Sol Invictus in Galactea) don't dare to touch that stuff. I suggest that your character reaches his limit when fighting a corrupted False God or something, because right now we're hopelessly outclassed by Annihilus like comparing ants to a tank.

BTW, it's the Devourer, not Destroyer. Annihilus doesn't want to destroy everything; he just wants to eat all worlds and create a new mega-world.

Forum Name: Krahhl

Color: #8055FF

Character Name: Sethri

Element: Water

Gender: Male

Race: Elf

Age: 27

Appearance: Sethri is average for an elf, though a bit on the tall side at two meters. He resembles a human with a more streamlined body and a proud aura. He weighs 70 kilograms and has well-defined, but not bulging, muscles. Dirty blonde hair flows straight down slightly below his shoulders. His pointed ears jut out on the side of his head. His narrow orange eyes are mysterious and observant, half covered by his bangs. He has no facial hair on his sharply rounded chin. He wears a red leather vest, loose on his pale skin, complemented by casual brown leather pants and boots.

Personality: Sethri is passive and goes with the flow, preferring to follow instructions rather than take lead. He is extremely intelligent and proud, but he does not like holding responsibility for others. However, he is quick to risk his own life to save that of an ally’s, as long as there is a good chance they can both survive. He is not so willing to directly sacrifice himself. In a conversation, he listens attentively, but says little. He seems almost cold at first, but he isn’t hard to get along with. He does not hesitate to kill, but will not do so without good reason. He acknowledges the existence of higher entities, but he lives life as it is. He believes that gods and worldly beings will do what they will, interacting only when necessary.

Abilities: Sethri, being an elf, has immense strength and stamina, as well as lightning agility and reflexes. He can run as fast as and for longer than an antelope and can flick a fly out of the air, though swimming is his real talent. He prefers to fight from a distance, dropping foes before they can reach him. He is a powerful magician, though casting a spell tolls just as much energy as any similar physical action would. He especially focuses on manipulating water and ice. He is also an elite archer, able to snipe a moving eye 200 meters away, hardly taking time to aim. His melee skills are somewhat lacking, and he relies on magic to escape close combat. If the battle is not going in his favor, he can freeze everything to almost absolute zero and flee, though this drains a massive amount of energy, so he cannot perform this if he doesn’t have enough remaining. It also leaves him very vulnerable if he meets hostility before resting.

Sethri has a companion, Nyks, which is something like a cross between a winged eel and a hexapodal salamander. Its body is smaller than a horse, but it has a long neck and tail. It has dark, yet seemingly luminescent, midnight-green scales and lighter colored fins running down its neck and the back half of its tail. Antennas protrude from crests above its black eyes and sharp teeth line its mouth. It excels at swimming with its webbed feet, although it is also a skilled runner and flyer. It has a special organ that holds compacted water, which it can shoot out of its mouth at extremely high pressure. It can easily sense the tone in which someone is speaking, but it can only fluently understand the elven language. Nyks serves as a flying mount, a partner in combat, and a friend to Sethri. It is unknown where the rest if its species lives or whether they exist at all.

Background and World Description: The elven name for the land in which they reside cannot be approximated with the English phonetic system, but it roughly translates to “Home”. This land is covered by forests, where the elves are constantly warring with the other sentient race, whom the elves call “savages”. Their appearance is somewhat similar to jaguars, but they outmatch even the elves in physical capabilities. It is their lack of magic that prevents them from overpowering the elves.

Sethri was born in a large elf city, but he was moved to a nearby village where life was not as easy. As he grew up, it became clear that his element was water, as he always seemed to have much closer connection with it than any other element. When he was eight, he was trained as a warrior, taught to perfect his skills for the destruction of others. However, there was heavy focus on discipline, drawing the line between warrior and bloodthirsty murderer. At age eighteen, Sethri took a vacation to the East Sea, where he discovered a mangled and suffering Nyks on the ocean bed. He nursed it back to health, and the two have bonded since.

Replace the {} with [] and *code* with your #hexadecimal.

Thanks, I'll go and make a character profile now...

Forum Name: jamesdyer680

Color:#40FFFF

Character Name: Elderich Mindfang (Nickname: Mindman)

Element: Aether

Gender: Male

Race: Mindus Hesitatus

Age: 25

Appearance:
Elderich Mindfang has eyes and hair which are so dark brown, they're almost black, unless bright light is directly shining at him.His height is average for an Mindus Hesitatus, at 4'11".He weighs 37 kg and wears a purple shirt and shorts, and he always has a dagger in his pocket just in case he meets an unwanted visitor.

Personality: He is playful and can easily entertain himself, but he only kills if he has to and is short tempered, quick to react and believes that God won't mess around with the world unless it's necessary.

Abilities:
1. The Mindus Hesitatus is born with amazing psychic powers and all of them know how to enter almost anybody's mind and manipulate them or control their body for a brief moment (about a minute or so, unless they accept being controlled or are very dumb), but it's quite hard to stop him from entering your mind unless you have a strong mind or are another psychic person, but even so,it's hard to stop a mind attack from a Mindus Hesitatus, but this takes a HUGE toll on him if he uses it for too long or too hard in a day, most of the time he faints after that, and wakes up in the best of cases, a few minutes, but in the worst, a day afterwards.

2. Elderich Mindfang isn't very strong at close range, but he can infuse his dagger with strange energies that make his stabs more efficient and hurt some more, but this makes him lose some of his energy, so he gets hurt more if he gets hit while his dagger is infused, as it links to his mind by a faint link, but he can destroy the link quite easily.

3. Not only can he give mind attacks, he can also resist them, so he can withstand 10-30 mind attacks a day, but he gets a little tired after a while.

World Description: Elderich Mindfang lives on the planet Urzanda where the Mindus Hesitatus fight their everlasting enemy, the Hondas, who are brutes that are very strong at close range and are very dumb. Urzanda is a bluish-green planet, partly because of all the trees there. It's always cold on the planet so all of them are impervious to cold weather and spells that make them cold, but they get hot very easily.

Background Description: When he was young, Eldrich Mindfang was playful and always used his mind powers on creatures he finds and makes them do silly stuff in front of his friends, which is why they called him 'Mindman'.When he got older, he used his powers to tame strong beasts and was an amazing psychic, which was why he stood undefeated in wars, but once, he found a strange portal with only a view of ashes, he stepped through, into the land of Elements.

Thank you Bloodshadow

I'm slowly piecing this profile together, please be patient

Why is the colour failing?

Hexadecimal is a code used in HTML to represent color. If you want a detailed explanation, you can easily find it on Google.

If you're unable to find the right code, simply tell me your desired color and I'll find a code for you.
