so if Player A bid 30 and Player B bid 25 player A made the move and then player B right? or is it Player A move then bid again and if Player A bid higher it will go twice?

Every move is determined by a bid.  If player A bids higher on two consecutive moves, player A gets two moves in a row.

Correct.  But after two moves, player A would have 34 chips and player B would have 166 chips, so player B could easily outbid player A for the 3rd move.
