it would have a note that would say who voted on what so that EVERYONE can see, not just the poll maker
Then that's good.
However, if this were to happen, then I hope that 'Public' polls aren't used all the time (especially if you don't the 'Remove Vote' option). I could see a lot of people being less willing to submit their opinion if they realize they voted for an option/label/idea that everyone else disagrees on (in controversial topics found in the off-topic politics form, for example).
Also, this could be detrimental in competitions where certain people may become frustrated if their friends or others don't vote for their idea, as they can see their name immediately. (Of course, I doubt that any competition-based poll would be 'public' XD)
