We should make a ventrilo server!

Ventrilo is just like the chat that we have connected to the forums, except using voice instead of letters, so you could chat while playing!

Ventrilo is great in MMORPG's where you play as a team, and can talk strategy, etc.

In Elements there is no team option which makes Ventrilo much less useful. It would basically be a haven for people who like to talk non-stop about some trivial subject, and a nightmare for people who like to respond in their own time without the pressure of having to answer to all kinds of questions.

Someone actually started a Ventrilo (or Teamspeak) few months back but I don't think it was a huge success because I haven't heard about it since.

I'm not saying you cannot have it. I was just trying to explain why it probably won't be very successful with a game like Elements.

During weekly tournaments it could be useful. Other times.. not so much.

Teamspeak is the same exact thing as Ventrilo, only with a worse sound quality.

Im for this idea, if however under 5ppl were for it, it would suck. But communicating towards everything,decks,game and other stuff, i think its a good idea. Vent is more social and adds lots of fun

I voted maybe..unless they changed it Vent still costs money to have a server....so it might be worth it and it might not....also for tournies its going to get chaotic with all the talking

too big a hazzle to moderate where it could be needed ie tourneys and not everyone can get in and use it. I vote no for any kind of official voice chat. But maybe for one thats just for fun.
