Trouble with long post/PMs

I'm having trouble sending long posts or editing them, or sending long PMs. They take a long time to send/post, often too long to actually send the post. Posts with a lot of characters seem to be affected, as I've managed to post conversationally (like this) and even a table with decent formatting.

Does anyone have any idea what the problem could be coming from? I have had some ISP issues, but those have all been solved through a vpn. All except for this, that is.

I remember when editing the All Decks Used thread for War 9, I had a post that prevented itself and subsequent posts from being edited because it wouldn't load in the preview in time (the connection would time out). Perhaps something similar is happening here? But if it's a length that others can modify/see easily like the Brawl round posts, then I'm not sure. Also, does this problem persist on multiple browsers?

Tried it on chrome, got this message:

The elementscommunity.org page isn’t working

elementscommunity.org didn’t send any data.
ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE

It already didn't work on Firefox, so changing browsers is not the fix
