O.o It works now though. And I suppose it IS related, because it would be too huge of a coincidence otherwise. I'll try to see if it works at university too in the next days.

Is this only when you are editing a post, or always?

Because, when you edit a post, if you press "Modify" then your get the buttons, but when you press the little picture in the bottom right you don't :(

That button in the bottom right makes the modify post look completely different from the screenshot in the OP.

I've never seen a screen anything like that of the OP.

I'm going to take a guess here and say that's because you haven't pressed the + next to Attachments and other options.  If that's not there for you then I don't know what to tell you; it literally looks the exact same as the SS in the OP minus the smileys and other stuff.
