Buff/Nerf section

Buff/Nerf section is good, but it is covered in topic similar between them, duplicates and various.

To help keep the sections clean, and possibly usable, I thought of a similar thing

Basically, there's a module asking you if a certain card needs nerf -> needs buff. If that card reaches a certain % of "dislike the balance" towards a single point (Either buff or nerf), a topic for it will be opened. I already made an example with Spark

Does this make sense or is it just an useless idea?

Seems interesting - but how can you make sure someone won't spam the module by putting other people's name in the "who are you field"? I just said I'm RavingRabbid

Is it controlled in some way you can filter multiple inputs by the same person?

I think a thread keeping track of all Buff / Nerf threads, complete with a judgement on how much the community is in favor / against such a choice and a possible solution for that (kind of a table...) would be best.

It makes sense IF everyone was...how do I put this...something similar to a veteran of this game?

We've seen plenty of "this kills my whole strategy" nurf threads. My only fear is that now, because of arena, people are going to be seeing cards that kill their favorite strategy more often. Instead, with polls determining what threads are made, we could see threads like Nerf Thunderstorm due to it being a great counter against good unupped decks in Bronze league.
