First idea: to show the mark of said person's favorite element next to their name.
Second idea: to put an "In-game name:" text field just above the reputation power.

If you're too ADD to use you're IGN as your forum name then it's your own fault.  It's called personal text.

Showing your favourite Element would be cool, but if we had something like that I think it'd be better utilized as part of a guilds feature.
