From a new poster in a thread I started (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,2913.0.html) in the False Gods section:

Quote from: dapol
I think that there should be a seperate forum for each god so that if you know that you are going to fight Rainbow, for example, you can hop on the forums real quick, look at the discussion on that specific God and find a deck that you could use.
The idea is to build False-God-specific unupgraded, no-rare decks so that moderately experienced players can use the Oracle's prediction to nail an easy FG win.

If that's over-the-top, maybe just a subform for "decks vs. specific false gods", and we can restrict new threads?  Just one thread per god, and you post all of your god-specific decks there?
If something happens and you think it deserves my attention, feel free to PM me. Other than that, I'm probably here if you want to shoot the breeze.

Separate child forum for each False God probably won't happen because we have already so much stuff on the Forum index page but a separate thread for each False Gods might be possible.

It would be useful in not only posting decks, but also in talking strategy, etc.

"What to do with False Gods?" is a question I have been asking myself every day ever since I started building this forum. More specifically "Where should anti-False God decks be posted?".

That is a very difficult question I haven't yet to found an answer.

We could start a new subsection in "False Gods" and that subsection would contain one thread for each False Gods.

On a related note.. I personally would never change my whole deck no matter what the Oracle says. At best I could change 1 or 2 cards, like take Purify or something. When we have the option of saving decks, Oracle's predictions become much more useful. Right now I just cannot see players bothering to change their whole deck just because of one match. But maybe I'm wrong about that.

That's exactly what I'm asking for. :)

And for changing your decks, I tend to agree, but I think a lot of newer players would love to be able to have a good chance at beating 1 false god every day (thanks to the Oracle), and doing it by building a dozen FG-specific decks not only gets them a good spread of cards, but a grasp of several different strategies -- and they don't have to grind out 10 upgraded cards to get started.

I could be wrong.  :)

Just want to point out that building a single 30 card deck costs about 600 electrum (some, like mono aether, cost closer to 1000) in my experience from tournaments. So building 12 would theoretically cost 7200 electrum. That's four upgrades + some leftover. Of course, some would probably overlap, but that's balanced by some being over 30 cards too.

And they would still only be able to farm a single FG per day. At max. With four upgrades, they would still probably be able to beat at least a few per day.

I'm not saying making unupgraded FG specific decks is a bad idea, just that I think they should be made out of cards commonly found in a normal FG grinder, plus maybe a few different cards.

Right now there is a FG section how much would it stretch the page to add subsections just like the mono deck section for each god?
