Just a section where someone could ask a homework related question. How to do math problems, where to find good information about a research paper, proof-reading/editing, or anything else that might require a question.

Hm.. I don't see a big demand for this kind of forum. But maybe if more people think it's a good idea, we can add it under "Off-Topic" and see what happens.

One option would be to have a "Ask a Question" section under "Off-Topic", where you could ask these kinds of things (and about other subjects too).
