As the title says, this wants to suggest chat private rooms, especially allowing players to create them. This will allow... you surely know what private chat rooms are for. They'd be especially useful to talk with your whole team during the War, but I'm sure it could be also useful in other situations (talking in private with multiple friends, talking in other languages, etc.). So yeah, I don't know if this is possible, but I'd love having such a feature implemented.
