when i attempt to create cards using this website

i can create the card, but then i cant save the card file, as whenever i try it returns a "null file" and does'nt give me the imagee. is there another place that i can make cards at? do other people have this problem?
help plz.

you have to add .png or .jpg at the end of the file name.
