So I was looking in the Council (
http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/board,217) board and I noticed that it is woefully lacking.
There should be a thread that describes what the Council is, what it does, and how to apply.
As it is, it took me ages to figure out what it actually is (and it's still a bit obscure).
