can't attach pictures...

I just noticed on this board that I can't post a picture...is that fixable?

First of all, this isn't any in game bug but a problem with the forum (wrong section, moved to troubleshooting), secondly attaching pictures is possible by uploading an image on a website like http://imageplay.net/
And then posting it like this:

[Higurashi]

Most members can't use attachments because it's easy to exploit. You can just add the image tags by clicking this little symbol (it's right above the smileys):

Also, to find the URL of a picture on something like google, right click on it and click properties, a URL will pop up.
