Unless I'm mistaken, Profile --> Forum Profile --> Modify Profile --> Buddies/Ignore List --> Edit Ignore List would probably do this.
As a side note, if I'm ever behaving in a manner that would cause you (or anyone else reading this) to want to put me on an ignore list, please tell me so that I can stop acting that way. My fellow community members feeling safe to interact with me, and my being a positive force in the community are important to me, and I promise to react only to change my behavior, and not with hostility, if I am ever called out for failing to live up to this ideal.
