Most of these suggestions make for more clicks and/or words typed from a neutral page to a specific, popular thread, or thread that a new player would be likely to look for, that would be in an obvious section to find. Some of them are great suggestions, however.

I'd love examples. All important info should be in the Tutorials section to begin with, which should be on the Wiki with a sticky thread linking it in the intro section.

I'm against moving stuff to wiki.
Not that they shouldn't be in the wiki, but having everything on 1 site makes it easier to access.

Well I must say that the start page is very confusing for beginners, to much info on one page. I don't  know how to solve this though.

It's pretty hard to get used to the forum looking like this. First time I've seen a game forum with this many subsections. Too many sections to check, with some sections that are dead. I think there's a need for a cleanup. *stares at CIA*

Segregating an already relatively small community sounds pretty bad. I agree with most of the things in the suggestion, but just don't take the newbie help sections out. We need them.

It's not particularly segregating, it's actually crowding all of us into the few sections that are still active.
The newbie help sections wouldn't be taken out, they would be moved to the wiki.

Does anybody actually USE the wiki? A lot of stuff there is outdated.
