Hey, I would like to join the mentor program as an apprentice. I saw that I am supposed to post on that topic however, the "reply" button is missing so I'm not quite sure how to reply... I'm sure it's user error but ya... I'm just a little confused as to how. If someone could enlighten me that would be awesome!

The mentor program was closed a while ago., with the threads being locked. This means that no one (other than administrators and the person who made the thread) can post in it. Locking threads is used to prevent necroing of those threads and to prevent people posting in them in general.

And, don't forget to check the Tutorial board. Many of the tutorials there include how to use the forums at their best and how to play elements (even going deeper into some mechanics, some kind of decks and so on). Take your time reading them, they'd be a great helping hand, I'm sure.

My question is actually why the Mentor Program has not been moved to the Archive yet. It has been dead for a long, long time and there are many other ways of helping the newbies that are actually active and updated.
