Could we (and would it be worthwhile) to have a function where you could "tag" a user in a comment and then that user would be notified that they were tagged in case they hadn't commented on the thread already?

I would have loved this feature a year ago. However I would request that the tagged user be able to disable the notification in case the tagging for a particular user (the new Idea Guru maybe?) was too high for the moment.

And a troll might tag the trolled just because.
Suggestion: make it only available to buddy. This way, buddy also becomes practical.
