Individual Cards Section Suggestion

I feel like these sections are a good index of cards so what if posting in these sections didn't bump the threads. That way they would remain in the same order for ease of finding a certain card quickly. This is excluding the in development, new card ideas, and card art sections which should have ideas bumped. Just a thought and personal preference suggestion.

I would rather have the cards that are being heavily discussed at the top. So it should stay as is, imo .

Yeah I thought that might be a concern, but there is always the [NEW] icon beside the posts and the  next to hot topics. I guess other people probably want the posts bumped though.
