Just an idea for the New Cards/Old cards and Elements section

So my idea is this:

 1. Each element has a new thread started in them which has the links to new card ideas that have been put forward by members.
 2. The responsibility of having your card on this list is up to you and not the Master of that Element, the Moderators or Admin.
 3. So you would post your card idea and if you choose to have your card on this list you would need to post the relevent link into this thread in the corresponding element.
 4. If you card has more than one element then you may post in two elements but in that post you must specify:
     a. What is the cost Element?
     b. What is the Ability Element?
 5. If you have multiple cards in your post, or no card images it is adivsed you do not post in this thread at all.

Just some thoughts I had about making it easier to look up cards that you think may be useful

Actually this kind of "card idea index" has been talked about for weeks now. It's just that all these server problems have postponed the project a bit.

We're going to have one person who is responsible for card ideas. This person will maintain a big card idea thread/index. This way everything is nicely in one place.

So no need to start those threads. This will happen very soon.
