Rolling with the new chat

So... we now have a chat that is integrated with the forum and, most importantly, that can be fully customized.
As you may have noticed, a "/roll" command (to roll a dice) already exists in the software and we can extend the list of available commands at will.
This offers endless possibilities for PvPers:
* we could create a "/element" command that would return a random element and you would have to build your deck using this mark
* we could create a "/format" command that would return either "30/2" "30/3" "40/4" and so on, and you would have to fight using this precise format
* we could even create a "/cardlist" command that would pick 50 (or any number of your choice) random cards from the game and you would have to build your deck using only those cards

Please give me feedback on this concept. Do you think it would be useful to have this kind of feature? Or do you think it doesn't worth the effort?
If you like it, please give more suggestions for the commands that might interest you.

That's a pretty cool idea.

Only downside is that would be a trolls/spammers heaven. There should be specific chat rooms where that is possible if we ever implement that. All kind of rolling, images, etc. should be disabled from the chat lobby imo.

But yeah.. if we can limit the spam then I'm totally for this idea.

That'd be awesome CK.  Yeah, it would be another thing the spammers could use.  But they already have plenty of things to use like the smilies, dice rolls, etc.  But like SG said, if you could limit the damage that'd be great.  If we had it in only a certain room, then you couldn't chat with everybody and would need 2 chat windows open (if that's possible) to talk to everybody.  Anyways, that's my thoughts on the idea.

I agree Chris. Many of us have played limited PvP formats by agreeing on which format to play, but a random selection could be interesting too. But, that would lead to a new toy for trolls. If these functions could be sent via whisper then that would be perfect.
