Here is an idea i had in mind lately but decided that i would wait until i have it all settled before i posted.
Basically, it came to mind when people said that a master's job shouldn't be only to lead their team in war.

Elements Sections
Allow each person to join only one section at a time. Masters take care of their element's sections.
What are these sections?
Basically, they would end up like activities, competitions, etc, whatever the master feels like doing, we can do competitions on deckbuilding, lorewriting, art creating, PvPing, etc.

Why would that be a good idea?
because i said so in my opinion, for multiple reasons.
1 - helps some newer players strenghten their strenght and knowledge of a specific outside war.
2 - Help a general choose who he wants in his war team.
i have a bit more in mind but that i don't know how to write, so i'll let it like that for now.
Please comment and suggest. i dont mind if you tell me im high at 3:15 Am, or that im a plain idiot, i just want feedback on this.
